It has been operating as a bed and breakfast since 1998. Around The Corner offers a charming, comfortable, and convenient home away from home for guests visiting the Seacoast, the Phillips Exeter Academy, and family and friends of residents in the area. Our spacious home is decorated in antiques, paintings, and objets d'art. Each of our guest rooms is tastefully appointed with artwork and books about the artist as well as novels for your reading pleasure.

Just a five minute walk to the picturesque downtown area, one is transported in time to the quintessential New England town complete with band shell, Town Hall and quaint shops nestled between the soothing sounds of the Exeter and Squamscott rivers.
